Well if it has a turbo it is an aftermarket setup like a banks system. As for performance. Crank up the injection pump some. Other then that not much really you can do.
I agree with the above. On mine, I had the Banks Turbo exhaust and transcommand. Turned the pump up a little. It pulled my 5er decently. I wound up sleeving the motor and it is still running today with about 500k on the clock.
