turbo...

everything ive ever learned about diesels is they LIVE on compression. they more they get, the better. glow plugs- pretty useless. a diesel motor runs from the combustion caused my compression not ignition from glow plugs. glow plugs just help start quicker and easier, especially in the cold. look in a dump truck or semi they run block heaters or heated heads but no glow plugs. typically over 30psi of boost and a compression ratio easily over 15:1
