Do I have a level truck and Front left tire sticks out further than right

Hey guys
Bought a 2018 F250 lariat with 41000 miles it arrived With the stock Michelin tires. For two weeks now I have been back and forth weather it was level because it showed no signes of a kit, just that it sat about 1/2"-3/4" lower in the front. Till I found the exact truck on a lot that deff appeared to be stick suspension. What I believe was installed is the ready lift coil spring kit package with Bilstein shox. (I think that's what is installed) there is no sign of shox extenders unless the longer shoxs where purchased also no sign of bump stop extenders and break line extenders. Or sway bar extender. But the truck looks fairly level (silver truck is mine). Today I installed installed 35x12.50x20 and hadn't noticed till these tires but the left side sticks out noticeable more than the right.
Do I have a level kit on (rear shock are solid black) ? And is this tire issue because I do have a little and need the track bar relocator?

It sure looks level to me. I have been looking at the Carli Back Country 2.0 leveling and it comes with an adjustable track bar. I could be wrong but it seems as the track bar needs attention. Am sure more folks will chime in.

It could have been a Bilstein kit. ReadyLift comes pretty well put together. Without more pics of the front suspension it's hard to tell what's going on with the tires/front axle. How does it drive?? Straight down the road?
