This is consistant with my previous post of the truck regen'ing 3 times inside of 400 miles. Is it possible the 6.7's are programmed to regen at this mileage as a form of "self-maintenance" ?
My only concern with the truck regen'ing this frequently, is "oil dilution".
Does anyone think this would warrant any concern?
Oil dilution will always be a problem with fuel added after combustion has occurred. Delete the DPF and get way better fuel economy.

I have 2100 miles, and all have been pulling heavy 28k. I have yet to see the message come on.

I think some will make oil. It's only a matter of time before the unburned fuel slips past the rings and mixes with the oil in some engines. I think it will be just like the 6.4, some will do it and some wont. It is the exact same process that the 6.4 has except the 6.7 uses 4 injectors for regen instead of 8.

It's possible you've missed it. It only stays on for about 3-5 seconds.

Everytime? I watch my gauges very close...but the mileage sucks and the power sucks. What a way to waste 62grand, but the ride is nice and it looks cool.

What is your mileage? Power sucks??? Everyone else who has the 6.7 loves the power, well that's what I've read. Is something wrong with yours?

9.2 towing and my 06 DMAX will run circles around it. I can't keep up with a stock 04.5 Dodge towing the same weight. Hell and I'm a FORD guy. Oh well can't wait till the end of the month for the upgrade.

Might need to change your fuel filter. Some have noticed power improvements just by changing the fuel filter. Mileage is about the same as my previous diesel trucks (Chevy and Ford) which is 14-16 in the city and 17-18 on the hwy -not towing) I skipped the 6.4 Ford though.

Angry

Truck has been the same non-pulling weakling since it had 3 miles on it. I have to admit that it is a new motor but come on. I have been pulling the same load for the last 3000 miles and no change. I'm going to the dealer to have it checked out.
