AFE Intercooler pipe and P2073

Hey all. I could use some help diagnosing an error code.

I have a 2011, fully deleted 6.7 running SCT GTX with Tyrant SOTF tune that has ran great for past year. Recently, I installed an AFE Bladerunner intercooler pipe to get rid of the stock plastic pipe known to crack and fail. During install, I also cleaned the soot built up on the throttle valve. Since then, I have been getting a check engine light due to P2073 code for Manifold Absolute Pressure/ Mass Air Flow - Throttle Position Correlation at Idle.

So far I have performed the following to no resolve:
-- verified all connections were correct
-- verified no leakage
-- found soot deposited on MAP sensor, cleaned & reinstalled
-- replaced MAP sensor
-- cleaned MAF and IAT sensors

Still getting CEL. What else can be setting this off? Any ideas on a fix? I could change MAF, but I really don't think it's bad. I just think there is a calibration/correlation is off by a little bit at idle. Suspect intake is now flowing a little more air. Is there a process to reset or re-calibrate the MAF?
