Exclamation NO POWER UNDER 2K RPMS ON ALL TUNES BUT LBF

I have a 2013 F350 6.7, its deleted fully, no EGR, 5" straight pipe tuned. Started off running the race tune everything worked fine then saw a "LBF" tune (low boost fueling) fcurious to try it out so I did Didn't really notice much but more smoke then other tunes. Now trying to run any other tunes specifically any tune thats not LBF truck will run fine for a little bit but then Ill come to a stop and go to take off and boom no power . truck is like a slug . dangerous cause ill get stuck in the middle of an intersection then it will slowly build up rpms and hit hit 1800-2000 and take off . turbo spools and its fine again . but any time i get down to about 1k rpms or come to a stop it does it all over again so ill switch back over to the LBF tune and it doesnt do it at all . can not figure out issue . anyone have anything similar???
