Cts2 mount

I was wondering if anyone has mounted an insight cts2 somewhere in their 17 using something other than a suction cup. I've never had luck with a suction cup holding my old GPS devices in the summer. I have the original insight mounted to the minimax mount on my 15 and love the cleanliness. Getting an 18 early next year and still not sure where to put the cts2.

Have you checked alligatordiesel or any of the other vendors yet? When I had the CTS I got a pillar mount from one of them. Just can't remember which one since it was two trucks ago.

Did you move your CTS from a 2015 to a 2017? I have a CTS from my old 2014. When I tried to install it in my 2017 it wouldn't work, so it sits in the cabinet. I was told that they are different.

I had an issue with mine not working when moving from my 03 to the new 18. So I plugged it into the laptop with a usb cord and have it the new update from Edge's site. Now it works just fine
