I had a surge on mine when loading the hot tune from PIP. They had to rewrite them three times before getting it right. That was the only tune that did it and it was only surging while parked. Really strange but since rewriting, it's been good. However, no more PIP so hope it doesn't come back for me. Also, I didn't ask what was causing it. It seemed to baffle him as he said he'd never had one do it. Hope you get it figured out. I don't believe it's the truck but is in fact the tune.
