Anyone update their Nav maps 0n 2017+?

Trying to find out how to update my Nav maps on my 2017 F350 .
In the past I just bought updated SD cards.

I used to keep mine updated with the SD cards. But now I use Android Auto and Waze or Google Maps.

We cannot live on .45 ACP alone. There's .22, .223, 5.56, 9mm, .380, 7.62, 10mm, I could go on....

I have the same truck and just did some research the other night. You can order USB updates from ford to update the nav. But currently my dealer cannot order one because they are waiting for the new year to come available.

Go and create an account at Once you have created your account, you can follow the on-line instructions to download, to your laptop computer, the update and then copy it over to a USB device. You can not use a cell phone to perform this process. There are detailed directions on how to do this process on the Ford Owner web site. The other alternative is to have a WiFi connection and use the program built into the trucks upgrade process. Either of these processes are not a quick process, but it does work.
