2013 F250 Ford Sync issues

I have had more trouble with this sync system on this truck than any before. I tried the reset and nothing. Earlier this week it was stuck on one radio station and would not change nor could you change the volume. Now there is no station and no volume and none of the settings work or buttons. Climate control seats and everything on the right side of the screen still works. Any ideas?

Mine got stuck doing a Sirius update. I pulled the fuse and it reset it. May be worth a shot.

I have the same 'freezing' issue every so often on my '13 - fuse pull reset works every time.

That fixed it guys. I appreciate it. I have had this happen several time especially after the truck sits a week or so.
