Siemens VDO K16 pump

i know there is alot out there about this pump im here to tell you the entire pump is rebuildable. i have sourced all of the internal parts for the pump including the pcv and vcv valves. It will be a little bit before the parts and tools get here. once i rebuild the pump i will post pics of the before pump the parts and the after rebuild pics. I will let yall know how it goes. it wont be a cheap alternative but i can guranteenit wont leak. it took alot of legwork to find everything but it is out there. i have rebuilt pumps before but never this one, everyone said it cant be done because you cannot service the valves that is and absolute lie. i have found all of it. the amount they want for a reman that will not have the valves is rediculous. it should not have any problems. I talked to the people that carry the parts the reason they dont replace them is because only 1 company makes the valves they guarantee that the pump will work to specs and no leaking at all. i will update when i have more.

I finally got all the parts in. Some of them took 3 months to get. Needless to say I replaced mine with a rebuilt and kept my core. I was right you can get all the parts to rebuild the pump from seals to the regulators. It is all there just takes a **** load of research and patience and since we’re all friends here you can find everything you need including the tools to disassemble and reassemble as well as testing tools. They also have everything to rebuild injectors turbos all kinds of stuff I was wondering about. So here it is Redat is the name of the company they have a North American branch in Florida that has some parts the main facility is in Italy hence the months to get parts. I have torn the top of my motor apart several times to make sure there was no leaking from the pump. It’s rock solid in my opinion. The company said it redesigned the regulators so they are less likely to fail. I hope this helps some of y’all. I ended up around 800 to do mine but that’s with all the tools and some extra parts just in case. Either way it’s a lot cheaper than a reman that they don’t guarantee won’t leak. Good luck
