EGR elbow

I'm torn about replacing the EGR elbow. I'm using a spartan tuner with the EGR turned off, is there much increase in flow with a new elbow, is what elbow flows best? They all claim to be the best, lol. Would changing the intercooler pipe t the same time help much, the factory one looks very flat.
I've searched the forum but no good answers.

Yes it will increase flow and hp and yes an intercooler pipe will also be a good compliment to that. The brand Sinister Diesel comes to mind

The intercooler pipe will help for sure, you will probs need minimal increases with elbow. If you have the funds I would say go for it. I’m assuming you are egr deleted? Keep the original for sure just in case for the future. Who knows where emissions will go for you state
