Rebuild 6.4?

As I have posted previously I've got low compression on 2 cylinders 11% all in one 7% on the other. And everyone is telling me get a new engine. Is there a reason people don't rebuild these engines? Does it not make more sense to rebuild the ones that I have? If I get a new engine yes it comes with a warranty if I leave it completely stock. But I would like to keep it deleted at the very least. Do shops just not want to rebuild them or is the block so damaged it's not rebuildable? Or does it just Cost Less to buy a reman engine?

@toren302 rebuilt the motor in his truck

most people I would imagine go with a reman motor over having it rebuilt locally is because of time, depending on the machine shop they'll warranty their work for defects and such

where are you located?

I'd call around to various machine shops, find a performance shop and see who they use for machine work and call them and see what reactions you get out of them
