Paint Bed Liner or Raptor Lining on Bumpers, Side Steps, and Grill?

I'm trying to spruce up the exterior of my 08 on the cheap. I hate the chrome bumpers, grill, and side steps. I tried searching but couldn't find any pictures of an 08-2010 with bed liner bumpers or grill. I'm familiar with how to sand down, prime, and paint the chrome, but was hoping to see some pics of the oem bumpers painted. Has anybody done it?

I'm trying to decide between bedliner or just black plastidip. Opinions on either choice? My truck is blue, with the tan lower stripe section.

This is exactly what my truck looks like, except my fender flares are blue, not the tan. My plan is to plastidip or bed liner the chrome bumpers, side steps, and powerstroke badges on the fender. My grill is peeling the fake chrome, so I need to do something with that. And eventually will get blackout headlights since these oem ones look aweful.

Since I have the tan two-tone, would it look better if I did a tan bed liner on the bumpers instead? Or maybe a gray? Or is bed liner just a horrible idea?

Well, I think I have decided to paint match the grill (acetone remove all the chrome first and use Duplicolor rattle cans/clear coat). Then will do the fender badges, side steps, and front/rear bumpers in matte black plast dip. I think that will flow the best with the two-tone tan paint. And if not, I'll just peel it off. Bed liner is just going to be too rugged. And also will be tinting the windows all 20% and adding the windshield tint banner. Later on will be blackout headlights...then I'll be happy with it. Thoughts?
