Medium Pitch Hum From Rear Axle Area ???

Today I took my babied 2009 F-250 6.4L Powerstroke Crew Cab out for its monthly ride. Drove it 17 miles to and from work. On the way home, I started to notice a medium pitched hum coming from the back axle area when starting out. It is definitely coming from the middle or both sides. It does not make the noise in reverse. Only in forward. When placing it in drive, there is no noise coming from the rear end like something grinding. It begins the hum after rolling about 10 feet. It did come and go but now it is there each time the truck starts out. There is zero issue with power nor is there an issue with lurching. Just this medium pitched hum. I am hoping that it is a break caliper not releasing or both. Any thoughts? TIA
