So over the last 4 days I did an EGR delete with a dummy EGR cooler and replaced my oil cooler on my 2003 F350.

Truck started and ran great so I took a 45 minute drive to my dads house, then 4 miles from his house my truck just shuts off without warning!

A friend pulled me to my dads house, I added 4 gallons of fuel thinking maybe it ran out cuz it was on 1/8 tank even thought I know the gage works! But still just cranks only won’t fire. Seems like it’s cranking a little faster than normal but maybe just because it’s not starting I don’t know. What should I look for please help!

Codes, my friend - do you have any codes?

Start with the basics - were you meticulously clean while doing the oil cooler? You could have crap in the IPR from the work. Watch your IPR% and ICP - does IPR go to 85% when cranking? Do you have FICM sync? Obviously you're not monitoring fuel pressure - this (among many) would be a good reason why you should.

I have my friends Snap On scanner but I have no idea what to look for. I think he is coming over tomorrow but I’m going to hook it up soon to play with it I’ll see if any codes come up.

I’ll try and get the ICP and IPR numbers also.

Two codes stored on my Edge CTS2 were PO603 and PO1000

Truck is stock all I did was delete EGR and installed new OEM oil cooler. Truck sat for about 6 days with batteries disconnected. Not sure if that matters.

Still going to hookup the Snap On scanner soon as I get time...

Did you pull any codes? Everything else looks good except your second set of pics - the right pic while cranking shows IPR% maxed out at 85% but ICP is only 54.9psi, while ICP desired is 1600psi. It's demanding more ICP by closing the IPR, but can't make it. Remember though - IPR is just a commanded value, so no feedback on whether or not it's actually moving.

No HPOP could be many things, but first, you need to check base oil pressure. No LPO = No HPO.

If all that pans out, time to pull the IRP and check for debris & clean.

Did you read the no-start thread that Jokester provided you (link posted above)? All that you need to do is discussed in it.

In addition to the low pressures in the high pressure oil, you need 150 rpm minimum. 133 rpm is too low.

Only codes were the P0603 and P01000

Thanks for the help both of you and yes I’ve been looking at the links.
