The intercooler that just failed after 2 months - was it OEM or aftermarket AND was it new or used when installed? What kind of boost pressures are you seeing? VGT%, EBP, MAP, MAF sensor data all normal while driving?

No need for a wastegate, just gotta figure out the problem...

What I was thinking also. There is not enough detail to those numbers for my liking.

What are those readings engine off?

EBP sensor could be bad -- cleaned out the tube lately?

Do you hear in the exhaust the turbo change sounds just after starting the engine? -- get a helper or setup a recording, you cant run around there that quick

In my defense, I was unsupervised

General note:
For all those wanting a premium silicone sealer Kubota 70000-73764 is the best your gonna find. This is a hybrid gray silicone that uses solvent rather than acid to start the curing reaction, this makes it safe for aluminum and and any surface that involves coolant.

FYI - if you're reading EBP from an SCT device, they are known to read incorrectly. Need to find another scanner/monitor to use for that one. Everything else should be fine though...
