05 f450 with ZF6 Trans, New Clutch, Pressure Plate won't release?

Working on a f450 6.0 with a zf6 manual trans
Purchased OEM ford clutch kit.
Truck was fine for a few days, now hard to get into gear when running. If you try to force it the truck will creep forward.
I believe its a problem with the pressure plate. I know its an auto adjusting pressure plate, but i put my scope cam back in and the yellow springs on the pressure plate did NOT release.
here is a link to a similar kit, if you look at the pressure plate new, the yellow springs are locked down, but they need releasing.

Everyone i spoke to said they will release on their own.
Ofcourse with my luck that did not happen.
Wanted to see peoples opinions, should the pressure plate have released on its own? Or do you manually have to release them.
Thanks in Advance
Dave

It should release on its own. Did you bleed the clutch hydraulic system?
