What are your deltas now?

Is it OK? Sure...till it's not. You're never gonna get a straight answer on that, because we can't predict the future.

I agree with @jokester00 that its OK until its not. Most people with these trucks do not have monitors and thousands of these trucks are driving around with excessive deltas and won't know about it for weeks, months or years until the difference is enough to trip the wrench light. IMO excessive deltas are a recipe for a burst EGR or head gaskets, but it is not a short term problem, more likely to happen over the long run. Its just how much risk do you want to run with your budget and time knowing that these trucks are known for bad head gaskets.

If it was my daily drive I'd wait until the weekend and the only trips I'd take would be to work and back, plus maybe the parts store for whatever I need for the flush. Even that in the back of my head I would be wondering how much closer is my next head gasket job?
