6.0 powerstroke low power

i have a low power issue with my 05 6.0 powerstroke. takes a few seconds to start going. once it hits maybe 10psi of boost, it takes off. feels like a turbo lag, but ive ruled that out. new map sensor with hose, new ebp sensor with line, new turbo, vgt solenoid tested, working, no boost leaks. gets up to 25psi of boost WOT. ive noticed high fuel pressure. around 95-100psi. could this cause such a big power loss? truck is studded, deleted and tuned.

You are doing your injectors no favors anytime FP is above 80psi. Something is amiss.

Shouldn't have any effect on the hpop. It's psi will go up to 4000 psi. The fuel psi is coming from your pump and not being regulated by your regulator, i.e. the blue spring mod
