My wife’s excursion runs about 200-208 with ambient temps at 105-110 here in Texas. Running 2k rpm the oil will be 225-230 constantly. It has the HD cooler on it. I believe it’s the deeper one not the taller one. Also has a cold weather package. In the winter, oil is 150-160, and in the summer it’s nearly 230. I don’t tow with it. It’s got a single 369 on it. I’ve just come to live with the crazy fluctuations in oil temps. I did notice that when I did the 11-16 front clip it added 5-10* to the oil temps. Seems wrong, since the 6.7s don’t have coolant temp issues at all. Fan clutch working as designed. Never seen the truck over 210* in the 40k miles I’ve owned it.
