High pitched whine/whistle on deceleration

What's going on guys little background on the truck its an 05 with an 06 motor and an 03 turbo, been studded has the egr deleted and Vivan's looney wild studded tune. About 6 months back I replaced the y pipe on the truck, had a bit of whistle from exhaust that went away after tightening the manifold to y-pipe bolts, then about a month back I start to hear a very similar noise, but i can't seem to find the source. There's no soot around any of the exhaust connections, I get full 31psi at WOT and I've done a fair bit of looking them over so I can assume my intake piping and connections aren't blown out. The problem is most prevalent on deceleration and actually changes with RPM but can slightly be heard while cruising, never at idle. What is the most likely cause? I've heard everything from my degas cap to headgaskets being blown to holes in the intercooler.

I got a video of it tonight, please ignore me and my friend in the video, the best example of the noise is at the end of the video from 3:05 to 3:25.

Thanks a lot and I really appreciate any help anybody has, I'll keep this thread open on my laptop if anyone has any questions about the truck or any specifics.

I know you just tightened it, but it sounds like a blown up pipe.

Any way other than a pressurized smoke test to see where the leak would be coming from if it is a blown up-pipe?

Also my bad forgot to link in the video
