Center Console for Jump Seat Swap

I am looking to turn my 2005 F350 5 passenger crew cab into a 6 passenger by switching my console for a jump seat. If I can accomplish that, I will be able to sell my SUV. First off, is this possible and advisable? Second, I currently have the console in a dark gray leather Lariat model. I would be willing to swap someone their jump seat if it matches and they are wanting to get rid of it. Or, does anyone have a suggestion for where to buy one without breaking the bank. Thanks.

I replaced the center jumpseat in my '04 with a console from an '09 so yes, it's completely doable

I want to get rid of the center jump seat and replace with a console - too bad we don't have the same color - gray cloth

Note however, the driver/passenger seat of a jump seat model have no arm rests, where the console version does. They will be in the way of your jump seat.

Lot's of places online are selling take offs. This guy isn't even charging for shipping. Crazy cheap. (nevermind, im still not allowed to post links)

If I'm not mistaken I think you need to buy the mounting bracket though. Also, like SixStringMadness said, you wll have to figure out what to do with you captains chair armrests. If I recall you will have to unzip the covers and unbolt them, them come up with some sort of covers to block off the old holes.
