Still running a stocker right now but with a billet TC and input shaft. @[email protected] has my core and as soon as I can get him the funds, I'll be getting one through him from Sam Wyse.

The point that I was trying to make was that you don't need the big 100% nozzles to make 500-600hp, and dialing in the tuning to make clean streetable power with decent EGTs (especially while towing) is going to be a bit of a struggle.

Do you think I should come down to 75s?

I would recommend at least 75s since you're going to tow.....if you were going any higher than 10k on a normal basis I'd recommend downsizing to 30s but you should be able to get everything you need out of a 75 fairly easily.

A smaller nozzle helps keep fuel atomization high as long as you can maintain full ICP, and a 30% over nozzle can dump everything in a 190 sized injector on a full PW tune. A 75% over set will dump the fuel earlier and without as much PW needed, but the trade off is less atomization and then a little more heat.

So the the 75s sound like a better plan to me. I don't tow over 10k to much and when I do I'm usually not going far 10-20 miles.

Yes, but manageable IMO with the right tuning. Hey @Six0~Stroker , how was the smoke with your 190/75s. Never looked too excessive to me.....?

My 175/30s are definitely smokey quite often but I'm pulling as much fuel as possible as well so that could be a factor

Edit: Dumb question I hope but what fuel pump are you going with to fuel those?
