I do not even run a return. It's not necessary if the pump is set at a good pressure already.. My fass 200 runs 50 psi and I ran it to the heads and then a T to the rear of the heads. Gauge doesn't move off of 50. I really don't understand why a return is such a huge thing. The fass is already returning fuel it doesn't need/use back to the tank.. there's no reason to run another post cylinder heads... At least that's what my truck and my gauge tells me.

Hey guys. Sorry for disappearing for a while. Alot going on. But heres a quick update from the past couple days. Truck had been sitting until this week, took some time off since we're slowing down at the moment and good time to use my bay at work. Ive been taking pics and what not. Just want to let you guys know the builds not dead.

Well I've put on about 2-2500 miles since everything. So far soo good. Running canned sct tunes at the moment but looking to go custom otherwise truck runs great... except for glow plugs going out now. Oh well. Also have a efan setup in the making. Just haven't had a lot of time to update things here so I apologize in advance.

As I understand, it keeps the fuel at the heads cooler

Any more pics of this? I was seriously contemplating the 11 front bumper. Still am I guess lol. Need the 04 grille tho so the bumper can be brought up and snugged closer to the headlights. Or you can modify the 05 grille. I really really prefer the 05 grille over 04.
Love the street sweeper valence on the 11 bumper.

Have a couple lemme search my phone. That was just a mockup as well. You can trim the bottom of the grille to move bumper up. I also modified brackets to move bumper backwards 1.5-2" so it's not soo bubba gump lookin and closer to fenderwell arch.
