Hope you dont mind, but I can reply here to answer your questions...

Chances are the injectors are from Holder Diesel which is the same company we use at PHP. He used to sell warren diesel injectors prior to coming to work for us.

The choppy idle will be best addressed in a custom FICM tune for large injectors. In order to do this, you can purchase the FICM programmer from us or send your FICM in to be bench flashed.

The tow file can absolutely be done through your SCT though.
Sorry bout that, didn't realize it was full, but it's empty now lol.

They are holders. I have an innovative ficm tuner, it was OK on stock nozzle but nothing spectacular. Don't guess yall could put a tune on that programmer could ya? Or would you even want to?

Welcome to pm now if you prefer

I always like to answer questions on a public forum that way others who are encountering the same thing can read the fixes too.

We do not put our tunes onto innovative's programmer sadly. Possibly return your truck to stock then sell your current Innovative programmer to recoup some of the cost?

I will say that if our FICM programmer with our FICM tuning for larger injectors doesn't fix your problem, you can ABSOLUTELY return the product to us for a 100% refund including shipping. We want to do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

I need a couple of tow tunes for towing 8000-10000 pound trailer. Did you write any tunes around the KC 1.5 turbo?

Sure do! I actually spent a pretty good amount of time live tuning turbos for Charlie. Great guy to work with!

Ordered my tune on Wednesday and got it yesterday! Loaded it this morning on the truck but haven't had a chance to drive it yet. I got the 80 HP Light towing as most of my towing is under the 8-9k mark. I also run a mix of SRL and White Noise.

Great I had completely forgotten about the updated FICM tunes for bigger injectors . I know your site says that the original FICM tunes are fine for up to 30% nozzles....is that still true? Do they work optimally for the bigger stick holes, or do they just get by? Reason I ask is that I've been running Atlas 40 for a couple years now....but since I'm going with 190/30s next month (ish) I don't want to be up a creek with the stock stick FICM tunes. I just bought the tune from you via the remote programmer but it doesn't look like you guys have that option anymore....what're your thoughts Jay?

You really should try our new 140x I have been working on. The small handful of people who I have sent it to are very pleased. Here is a copy of the initial feedback from one of our customers (and .org member) who is pretty experienced in the 6.0 world.

Initial impressions of the 140x are very good. I've been able to drive my daily commute, some short trips shopping with the wife, and yesterday I put on about 150 highway miles.
The power is there no matter what rpm. I can't get over how smooth the power comes on and doesn't seem to fall off, great for daily driving. I haven't been over about 75% throttle yet but I'm loving it so far. Minimal smoke and runs cool. I've seen 38psi of boost. A hill that I drive can reach 1000+ EGTs with another tune and I only hit 800 with the 140x. Cruise control works perfectly, doesn't "slam" when turning it off either.
As far as the transmission tuning, the shift points are perfect. I know some guys like it to hold the gears longer, or downshift sooner, but I don't, and this tune is spot on for me so far. The shifting has been great, smooth, consistent, other than one issue. Twice I have had a significant 3-5 flare which I haven't had before. Both times were while climbing a hill.

We have since fixed his minimal shift flare (to my knowledge) with a quick revised file.

I will leave him anonymous but I am sure he will chime in for answers if he chooses

30% nozzles run well on either set. I personally prefer to run them on the large injector FICM tunes.
The noticeable drive-ability issues are not very bad with 30% injectors even on standard tunes. The romping on decel and inconsistent idle become prominent at 75% nozzles and larger

On my 225cc/30% injectors I chose to run the Econ FICM tune for large injectors. This is largely due to my non-VGT turbo though. Too much fuel on bottom end without the VGT will just fog the engine where a VGT can utilize the extra fuel for quicker spool up
