Bought my wife an 05 Eddie Bauer about two weeks ago. Last Wednesday I pulled the motor to reseal the entire thing and fix the fuel in coolant issue. Found out it already had brand new ford heads and a set of injectors installed. So, I resealed the entire thing including the bedplate, put a new set of lifters in it, 6.4 push rods, studs, updated drain and feed tube, regulated fuel return, coolant filter, new intercooler pipes, new ficm board (dorman), rebuilt the turbo with the updated sealing ring and 360 thrust bearing, IPR research egr delete, new radiator and heater hoses, new coolant bottle from the fuel (shop that fixed it didn't flush it properly...) new a/c manifold line and new mode door actuator. Worked on it after work Thursday after work and Friday after work and at about 10 pm got it up and running. Threw an h&s performance single tune in it since it cost me nothing, and drove it home! Got the urge to get rid of the hideous 16s on Saturday so on Saturday it got a new set of wheels and 305/55r20 toyo AT2s. In other words, I really hope I don't have to touch this truck for a very long time beyond maintenance. Did not replace the oil cooler as it had a 0 degree split at 75. I just put a reseal kit in it and new screen. Also pulled and just gutted the cat, as it is her truck and was adamant that it was to not be as loud as mine. lol

Resealed entire motor @ 170k miles, new lifters, 6.4 push rods, studs, rebuilt the turbo, IPR egr delete, new injectors, new heads, new ficm board, coolant filter, intercooler tubes, regulated return, bunch of other new parts. Factory exhaust, cat gutted(wife's rig). Livewire with gearhead tunes. Should go a while reliably for her!

Lbz cp3, s475/stock twin kit, built trans, steel driveshft, amsoil bypass, secondary oil cooler built by me, fass, traction bars, trans cooler upgrade, dual alts, straight center link + tie rod sleeves, efi live, transfer flow/tool box tank, 5er hitch, other small upgrades.. and most importantly, STOCK HEADBOLTS! Just rolled 200k miles, twins installed @ 165k, daily driven on a "550 tune" tows 18k on a "475" tune.
