2006 6.0 no power when cold

truck has no power when cold, starts up good, runs smooth most all the time, no smoke. The boost guage goes up, watching icp pressure goes up, just doesn't really have much power until good and warm. Has a dead pedal type feeling, really sluggish. I have checked fuel pressure, and its good never goes below 60psi. running can tunes on sct, air filter is clean, and I run 5w40 rotella. Could this be stiction? I have studs, and egr delete, with 115,000 miles on the clock. I have cleaned the exhaust sensor tube, cleaned mass air flow sensor, no codes in computer. Ficm volts never go below 49.5 volts. I have never run revx or anything like that. Should I sand down the spool valves? Does that really work? Any other ideas? Thanks guys!

2002 f250 ccsb 4x4, 250/200's,5 inch mbrp, itp boost fooler, regulated return/race fuel system, s&b intake, billet 4r100, swamps idm, lifted 2 inches, leveled, 35inch nittos on 18" s468, mishimoto intercooler, hydra tuning, detroit locker rear, dynomat, not done.........

It does it when engine is bone cold sitting all night and also when cold, say sitting 4-6 hours. No power until temp guage reads normal temp. I mean it goes up the road, but not much power like when warm. I also let it warm up like 5 min before leaving, and i never pound on it until warm. But, the pedal has no response like when warm, and even then I feel my 6.0 is under powered compared to ones I have heard of and driven even when warm.

yeah, thats what I thought too. I do know it gets better with a warm engine. Is the stiction just like varnish on the spool valve? I have heard of polishing the valves, does this work? I will try the revx too, thanks.

With no programer the missing EGR cycle will cut the power. Fuel mileage down till oil temperature is above 160f.
