6.0 NO START

I’m new to the forum and I’m hoping someone can help me. Two diesel mechanics cannot figure it out. I have 2006 King Ranch with 168,000. Very rough start after numerous cranks two weeks ago. Ran very rough when it finally started but smoother out within 200 yards. Parked it and it never started again. 2- New batteries after one failed test. Replaced alternator to 130V. Replaced starter to 6.7 starter. Two new fuel filters and old ones looked fine. FICM sync yes. FICM module swapped and no difference. Oil pressure excellent. RPM on start excellent. Wiring harness checked and rechecked and wiggled. Fuel filter bowl shows no bubbles when turning motor with stand pipe removed and fills quickly with fuel. No codes except crankshaft sensor after prolonged starting attempts. Pulled each fuel injector connection and it throws a code for each of the 8 injectors. Everything shows it should start, but only cylinder 1 fires. Any help would be much appreciated!

For oil pressure, does ICP match ICP voltage? Voltage should go up from KOEO to cranking. What are the FICM voltage, ICP, and IPR numbers?

I put that video in because there could be bubbles still going through the system that take a special tool to see.

These are the only PID s I can monitor. I had a diesel mechanic out that is getting a FICM from a donor 07 truck just to try it. I don’t have much hope of it changing anything.

What were you doing to the truck when you took that pic (trying to start it, key on engine off, engine running, ??)

So, while TRYING to start (cranking), or was the truck running?

I would move the one good injector to another hole and see what that tells you.

Hmmm. I don’t think I have 7 bad injectors. BTW number 1 stopped firing now when I crank but no codes unless I disconnect an injector.
