engine died without warning, Low ICP

I was on a long trip pulling the camper, was slowing down to make a turn, realized the truck had stalled when I had no power steering to make the turn, didn't hear any noises, it has run flawless for 25k miles since doing head studs, oil cooler, egr, standpipes and plugs, etc. I tried to restart it, ICP reading on scanguage 2 was only showing 14psi, 85% IPR. Got it trailered back home, did air test, huge leak out oil fill tube, pulled passenger side valve cover and oil rail, no. 3 injector snap ring was half out, washer split and seal tore. It doesn't appear that any shrapnel came off any of those components. It doesn't seem to me that just one blown injector seal could cause a catastrophic loss of high pressure oil, later today I will be checking IPR and low pressure pump relief spring and spool. Whatever happened occurred in less than 1.5 hours of highway driving, it has always started and ran like a champ after all the work that was previously done to it.
