How long after startup does the stumble persist?
It could be as simple as basic injector stiction. Which can be worse with a heavier oil, or as the injectors age and develop a bit of varnish build-up on the valves that control oil flow in and out of the injector. The quick cure for that is to switch to a 5w 40 synthetic diesel oil. Ford approved 5w 40 diesel synthetic in the 6.0 years ago for severe service in all climate conditions. The next thing to try is a dose of archoil or hot shots in the oil when doing the oil change. It can really help clean the deposits in the oil side of the injector as well as increasing the lubricity. My truck is running a PHP tune and depending on the morning temperature you don't even want to think about pulling it out of park until the glow plugs are fully shut off after the two minutes.
