6.0L just got it running, wrench of death, CEL

I am getting the attached codes with my AE scanner. Fully rebuilt motor, rebuilt ficm, rebuilt turbo, used 2 different EBP sensors, cleaned MAP, showing MAP, EBP, etc around the same pressure. I have a straight pipe exhaust on it now, egr delete, torqued everything putting it together. Studded, blue fuel spring with great pressure, stc fixed, 12mm stand pipes, everything. What could be going wrong? Was the turbo reassembled incorrectly? Something else? Help!!

Just a very uneducated guess. Is it possible you have a connector loose or not completely plugged in? maybe verify all connections. Maybe DJ has an idea. @ djmaguire

First thing -- delete the codes and retry to see the "fresh" codes

You have checked the fuel pressure with a gauge? -- port on the rear of the heads is the best place.

AE should be able to command the vanes in the turbo -- do that, and lets see if the ECM will make it happen -- if not look for a bad connection at the turbo harness.
observe MAP and EBP while doing the turbo test.

In my defense, I was unsupervised

General note:
For all those wanting a premium silicone sealer Kubota 70000-73764 is the best your gonna find. This is a hybrid gray silicone that uses solvent rather than acid to start the curing reaction, this makes it safe for aluminum and and any surface that involves coolant.

I have verified the connections, everything is good. I did command the turbo with the AE and can hear it change. Also when I am monitoring it shows me that it is functioning.

I have cleared the codes multiple times, additionally when the wrench comes on I can shut it off and start it right back up and the engine light is still on, but wrench is gone.

IMHO, your going to have to monitor sensors. MAP, MAF, EBP and BARO, in particular.

Since you have both an overboost and underboost, I'd recommend testing the MAP, especially. If nothing else, disconnect the hose from the intake and blow into it while watching your monitor. You should be able to get 7psi or more.

What year is this thing? It wouldn't happen to be a late '04, would it?

I would look for a loose ground. with that many seemingly unrelated issues a loose or unconnected ground would explain.
