So there is the one from the cab firewall to the back of cylinder head, the pass batt to frame and block, injector harness to intake manifold stud, drivers batt to frame, what else? Engine runs smooth as glass

Frame to cab. --

when checking grounds, even if they seem tight does not mean it is electrically sound -- wouldn't hurt to take them off and clean the connection areas -- if the bolt or nut holding the connection is rusty, well there is half of the connection.

General note:
For all those wanting a premium silicone sealer Kubota 70000-73764 is the best your gonna find. This is a hybrid gray silicone that uses solvent rather than acid to start the curing reaction, this makes it safe for aluminum and and any surface that involves coolant.

At idle the variable geometry turbo duty cycle is 85%. I give it gas and it moves down rapidly. Maf is 4.5-4.8 lb/min, map is 14.31, baro is 14.14, ebp shows 17.4-17.8, map is 14.15, icp is 18.75% and around 620psi. At 1500rpm, I commanded that with the AE, it shows 15% turbo, 8.5 maf, 15.41 map, 14.14 baro, 23.5 ebp, 724 psi for icp and 20% for the ipr. Any thoughts?

Since you have both an overboost and underboost, I'd recommend testing the MAP, especially. If nothing else, disconnect the hose from the intake and blow into it while watching your monitor. You should be able to get 7psi or more.

What year is this thing? It wouldn't happen to be a late '04, would it?
Is there something peculiar about late 04's ??

Well... their owners, mostly.

Kidding. I own one, too.

I only asked about the late '04 because of the remote possibility of the flap in the goofy/unused EGR throttle plate assembly starting to close.

That would be a hell of a thing to diagnose. ...especially because everyone forgets that the thing is there.

The numbers look okay enough to me. Maybe I'm missing something.

I don't know how much you've tried to resolve some of those other codes. So... I don't know if they are real or not. I say that because - if you've gone through the Pinpoint Tests and are still getting codes after resolution - Ford says that you need a new PCM.

I'm not saying that you do. I'm saying that the last line of every Pinpoint test is the same.

That said... I'm curious about the oil switch code. What's with that?

It is showing zero oil pressure on the dash, that is the code saying the gauge isnt working. I have a van computer, wonder if I could try that one?
