Ordered an exhaust and two days after I paid I got a email stating the product is on backorder. It's still on backorder after 3 weeks. Also it's still being sold on the web site. By the time I get my exhaust I could have saved the difference and bought from another dealer that tells you on their web site if they have the Product in stock.

I’m going to say this is an MBRP exhaust? I do apologize for they delay. Lately, a lot of manufacturers have been dropping the ball when it comes to getting us our orders in a timely manner. With the rush of the Holiday Season they haven’t been able to catch up. The eta that customer service gives is the most accurate info we get from the MFG.

We ship so many packages and receive so many orders in a day it would be near impossible to take things on and off the site. In a perfect world as the last part is sold its replacement is coming in. Unfortunately this hasn’t been the case as of lately.

Unless the order was done with paypal through the Internet you were not charged. We do not charge credit cards until the product has shipped. Please send me a PM with your first, last name and your order info so I can look into this issue and get you some answers. I appreciate your patience. –Jeff

Yes it was a mbrp exhaust, but the point is that you advertise the product as in stock and after the money has changed hands you tell me it is on backorder. And you still advertise the same part as instock even though you know it is out of stock so you know it will happen again. Other site have found a way to rectify this problem and I think y'all are droping the ball. Pm sent
