That's right, XDP is proud to announce our 1yr Replacement Guarantee on any electronics unit.

XDP would like to offer you the opportunity to enhance the manufacturers warranty policy with our XDP Replacement Guarantee. This plan covers your electronic performance part purchase for one year from the purchase date. XDP will replace or repair your defective product with the same exact part number for one year after your purchase and cover all shipping costs.

In some cases if you have just one issue with your product this plan will pay for itself in shipping cost alone.

How it works

1. Add your desired electronic performance part to the shopping cart

2. Select the product price range from the drop down menu above.

3. Click "ADD TO CART" and proceed with check-out

That's it, your product will now be covered. You do not need to fill out any additional paper work.

What it covers:
Electronic Performance Parts Only (Chips, Modules and Programmers)
Normal, everyday wear and tear
Mechanical and electrical failure
Environmental factors like heat, dust and humidity
Defects in materials and workmanship

What it does NOT cover
Lost or stolen units and units missing parts
Cracked or damaged LCD screens
VIN Locked Downloaders
Fuel Mileage Claims
Program Updates / New Version Releases

How do you use it?

Contact our customer service department at 732-719-0955 and have your order number ready. If we determine a replacement unit is required we will have the product picked up by UPS and inspect it. We will then either repair your unit or have a replacement sent back to you.

Exclusions & Restrictions

This is a replacement plan and therefore XDP will NOT refund your money. If your product is not reparable and/or the product is no longer available from the manufacture XDP will issue you a store credit for the original purchase price of the product. This plan is non transferable and will expire 1 year after the purchase date. All shipping cost covered by XDP will be UPS ground. Please allow 2-8 Weeks for product replacement.

Yea i though it was pretty sweet too. I thought the same thing but I think we've covered all our bases on it anyway. Also I do the tech support so I will be dealing with the issues anyway... FUN!
