I figure if I run Marine Corps PT 3 days a week I can make my goal. As well as change my eating a bit.

Just need to stop being lazy. If I excersize 3 times a week. I will loose wieght in no time.

Work out plan
Daily 7 ( push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, that kind of stuff)
Start with 1 mile run work my way up to 3 mile run.

Being I have not actually worked out or excersized in about 6 years. I know it will be hard that first week or two. But after that it will be easy.

Diet will consist of the following
Good breakfast bowl of cherrios and fruit.
Lunch will be a salad ( I can't believe I just said that)
Dinner will be a good dinner with correct portions.

Snacks through out the day will be fruit, granola bar, stuff like that.

The biggest thing that will help me and I can't believe I will say this and it would kill Stump. Cut back on Beer intake. Not saying I can not par-take in adult beverages. Just can't be beer. Gonna have to be something else or nothing at all which is the best thing to do.

might as well stick with a light beer.. my boss tried to cut back while he's doing P90X (although my boss is skinny--he's just trying to build muscle and watch his calories). he switched from keystone light to stuff like vodka cranberries.. i think we figured out that a keystone light has like 95-100 calories and a vodka cranberry is like 140-150 or something like that

2001 F-250 Lariat CC/SB
the usual.. some added, some altered, some deleted.

Light beer on average is 150-180 calories per 12 ounces of beer. A guy like me will kill a 12 pack and still keep going. So with that said you can figure I take in on average 10 beers is 1,800 calories. That is like a whole days worth of food.
