ProFlowers Never Again

I used proflowers for Mothers day and my 20Th Anniversary which is today and had them sent yesterday . Well guys both orders was screwed up first $57 ordered had to be replaced . First one was bruised dead and broken iris Lily's got a replacement for that order . Second $46 was Spring Blooms / tulips that was to be PINK they sent White lmfao . Lets just say within two weeks both orders fried with my Anniversary surprise totally F'ed up .
Got my money back for the $46 dollars but thats besides the point ............
I'll never order from ProFlowers again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe proflowers outsources some of their work to local shops right? or is it a franchised thing, I forget.

I've used them before with great results. Rarely though do I get flowers for the wifey, flowers are so damned expensive...and they die.

I hear you on the money part but after 20 yrs I said wth ,all three orders came from two different states ...

I use FTD flowerists only. You can go to FTD.com and order flowers from a local hometown flowerist. They can be delivered the same day to who you want to receive the flowers. I have never had a problem with ordering flowers this way.
