Gift Ideas for the women in our loves

I'm wondering what you guys are getting your significant other for Christmas. I've already got perfume and some diamond earrings but the thing is she also has a b-day on the 22nd and I'm not allowed to combine gifts for her b-day and Christmas (I've already tried that). I'm completely lost on what else to get her so I'm looking for advice from my fellow org friends, thanks!

My girl wants firearms, camping gear or a stereo. She does not want clothes, or jewelry, and hates chocolate.

Idk what your gal is in to, but so far this year for mine, I've gotten her some new Waders, (hers blew a hole in them and had to listen to her whine because her foot was wet), got her a $60 Victorias secret gift card (better believe I'm going), some under armour sweatshirts, sweatpants, new pair of boots, (sorry, not whites lol) car wash gift certificates, fancy perfume, new hunting jacket, some bolts for her crossbow, and that's about it so far..

I got my wife a fancy watch she's been wanting, a red, white, and blue boating anchor bracelet (we boat a lot), a new tablet, perfume, some new parts for the jeep that I'll be putting on our 05 Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 5.7 Hemi (she's a jeep girl)

Rollingearly99, I've tried the combine present trick since my wife's bday n valentines day are days apart..... Didn't work either

If anyone's special lady likes reading books, magazines, games, or internet browsing the new Kindle Fires are pretty awesome, I got one for my mom

If you've got kids...I went with one of these personalized rings as one of the gifts for my wife. I cheated though, I didn't put my daughters birthstone in there, I used garnet instead because my wife has always wanted a ring with garnets in it. Two birds with one ring!
