Divorce! She took my truck, kids and phone.

Came home Last Thurs to an empty house and garage. Called her and she said she was at her grandmas and needed some space and time to think. Okay that's fine. Found out from her best friend she has been cheating on me with my friend for about a month and she was with him all last weekend. Okay first thought was where are my kids second was where is my truck and crap the title is in it! Come Monday I left my phone at home and she comes to the house and takes it! So my marriage is done after only 7 months and my daughter is back with me... But she said she is keeping my truck till she finds a new car! And now I have a new profile because I can't get into my old one (superstack is the old one). Broken heart and driving my dads 97 Chevy is almost to much to take. I still thank god I have my daughter tho!

That's unfortunate. I'm sorry to hear it. Thankfully you still have your daughter. Sounds like the story of the next hit country song. Tough luck man.

“She broke my heart, so I broke her jaw”, name of that next big hit! Lol just kidding! No for sure having my baby is the most important thing to me. Letting the ex take her for a week then I take her for a week. Don't want to take her mom out of her life, wouldn't be fare to my daughter. Just pissed about my e99 being gone. Put a lot of work and time in on that truck.

Agreed, get that title ASAP. And why in the heck would the title be in the vehicle anyways? You are asking for someone to steal it and sign it over to themselves... Then it's legally theirs and your SOL.

Your title should be locked up in a secure location such as a gun safe or safe deposit box.
I she gets a hold of it....kiss your truck goodbye buddy... sorry man...go NOW!

is the truck in your name only or hers too?
If it's only in your name, then call the police and report it.
if it's in hers too....then not much you can do brother...
