That's all it is apparently.. just click the link and they know how many people have been on. You don't need to download ANYTHING guys!

I was very concerned about posting this but I tried it every way possible to make sure 1: it wasn't a virus 2: that it counted as soon as someone clicked the link.

Holy crap!! I went back to the page and it was at 44, I clicked it a few times and now it was at 112.

I clicked it a few more times and got it to 295, but now it tells me the I don't have permission to access the page.
