S E Texas members - I'm looking for land

Looking for ~ 10 acres in the area from Needville to Greatwood area. We have been looking for about 2 years and I am getting tired of it. Tired of paying to have the horse boarded and storing our LQ horse trailer.

We want to build a mini ranch.
> Main house will be a simple one story with open LR and kitchen. No formal
DR, wasted space for us.
> Two out buildings
~ 30 X 40 shop
~ 40 X 40 barn
> Riding arena for my 11 year old to practice her speed events (barrels and poles).
> Pond (dirt needed for house pad anyway)
> Pool (swore our next house would have one!)

We are tired of living on a postage stamp lot here in Sienna Plantation. Ideally, we would like to be in a acerage neighborhood type setting (like Suncreek Ranch) where my daughter could still have some other kids around, but we still have our space too.

Maybe today is the day we find what we want. I am spending all day today with our agent driving around properties.

Any of you with experience building from clearing to flooring, fencing, or pools - let me know.
