The "little brother syndrome"

Sorry everyone just felt the need to vent...

Anyone else have the "oh your like my brother syndrome" with the girl you like? And yet YOU'RE the only one they'd call if they were ever in trouble or needed help or someone to talk to? I dont know if its just me but Im kinda tired of seeing the chick I like mack it up with some assh*le who couldn't care less about her as a person!

sometimes its a good thing to be a brother. You get to meet all her friends when i was about 17-19 i met literally 10-15 girls per OH your like a brother girl. Got with 1 when her douche for a b/f dumped her. And i ditched her a few months later tried to control me tried to make me sell the cadillac i had at the time to get a smaller car and my truck (EVEN THOUGH WHEN I WAS "LIKE A BROTHER" IT WAS THE COOLEST TRUCK EVER TO HER AND DIDNT COMPLAIN IT WAS TOO LOUD WHEN I TOOK HER MUDDING AND TAUGHT HER HOW TO DRIVE STICK) a lifted 78 F250 4x4 with a 351Modified 4 speed cam headers intake glasspacks exiting behind the cab. really sometimes is a blessing in disguise. Plus the friends are the ones that usually end up being interested in you more than the one your after anyways. Which again isnt a bad thing... Or the hotter younger sister/older sister that thinks the world of you within a few short weeks of knowing you. haha.

I have a similar thing. except its more that she doesnt want a boyfriend now and shes about to leave for college. but the 2 guys that actually care about her get left behind for when she really needs something.
