Well, if it didn't seem to work very well back there, I wouldn't do it. I'm sure you want to do it the safest way, as would I.

I can turn the airbag off in the front so he can sit there but my brother didnt help me with a decision so this was harder than it was suspossed to be. I dont have a child but I am heavily involved in ems and 911 stuff but that doesnt help when it comes to someone who you love.

No it doesn't. I'm sure it probably just makes it worse. If the ext. cab won't work, then if it were we, I would just drive the f-150. That way(worst case scenario) you were in a crash, even just a fender bender, if the windshield broke or anything like that, your nephew would be safer in the back.

I agree thats why I did that, 4 full seats are better than an extended cab.... I left the seat in there and let my buddy borrow the truck again, I wont be taking it in and out it was hard to put in by myself lol
