Help with tire pressures????

I just picked up my new 08 F250 4x4 PSD. It came with factory 20's and Goodyear Wrangler AT/S tires (275/65/20). The sticker in the door jamb says 65 psi front and rear. At 65 it rides like an old dump truck. What is the lowest pressure I can run with to improve the ride while still being safe and not abnormally wearing the tires?

I have run as low as 50 lbs in my truck. Obviously if your hauling stuff Id put the pressure back up.
