spare tire question

My spare tire is a 38 15.50 mickey thompson mtz that is a direct match to my winter set of wheels. I just bought a set of 36 15.50 20 mickey thompson mtz for my summer tires. Will I still be able to use my spare tire with the 36's. I will not use it for a prolonger period of time but only if I get a flat and just to get home. Will it hourt anything because its only 1 inch difference in height which equates to around a half inch of noticible difference betwen the two tires.


Thanks alot; I would feel much better about carryign the spare if I could actually use it.

Sure you can use it. Just keep it outa 4wd and like you said just to get home or to the nearest shop to get the flat fixed.
