Has anyone seen or used this tire? I found it on ebay...cheap

They are made by a company called Federal Tire?

I for one dont agree that they look better than the toyos. I plan to get toyos here shortly but I found these while I was looking around. They are 1000 a set....

The website says they are a Taiwan based company. I havent seen them anywhere besides ebay myself so I dont know how they are?

I have never seen them before either. They are probably junk like Wanli, and other ebay knock off brands. Who knows though....maybe someone will buy them and they will work out. They might be a decent off road tire but im having doubts about on road ability and longevity.
