KMC/Wheel Pros Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a new set of 20x10 Chrome KMC XD Series Monsters back last May and approximately a month and a half later two of the stickers on the plastic center caps started coming off the wheels. Im very particular about my truck and keep it very clean so I did not want to be riding around with half peeled off stickers on my center caps. These wheels are on my 05 F-250 Harley with an 8.5" lift and 38x15.50 toyo mt's. I called who I bought them from (a personal friend of mine) who ordered them directly from wheel pros in orlando and he got me two new caps so I screwed them on and went about my way. Then about 3 weeks later I noticed one of the old ones coming off so I called wheel pros directly myself and they told me I would have to buy them myself so I paid there price 12.50 a center cap plus tax and shipping and got 4 new ones. I put those on and 2 months later there coming off again so I call again and I was told basically there's nothing they will do so I showed my *** a little and ended up having to buy 4 more. Well they have not shipped these and I ordered them 3 months ago. Steve has called a couple times and they tell him they will ship, but still have not. Wheel pros has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I refuse to buy anything from them from here on out. I shouldn't of even had to pay for the first ones in my opinion. Anyway I'm done ranting I just wanted to share my experience with Wheel Pros.

They also told me that the reason they were coming off was because someone was using a pressure washer on my wheels. I clean my truck myself and I do not pressure wash the wheels at all I clean them with soap and water with my water hose, so unless someone is pressure washing my wheels in the middle of the night in my driveway then it's not happening. There is another truck in town with these same wheels in an 18" and all of his are gone as well. Anyway other than that the wheels are great i just wish they would take better care of there customers.

That sucks, How about using denatured alcohol on the stickers and removing all of them so they are all the same?

I actually have 4 extra ones now so I'm going to try painting them gloss black because my truck is and getting one of the sticker shops around here to make an XD series sticker in harley orange which is the color of the pin stripe o my truck.

The rockstars on my gf's 1500's center cap(star) started to peel/flake... I called 4wheel parts and they pretty much handled it for me... I don't know who they had to threaten but they got me a replacement in under a week... Other than that those rims have been pretty tough, even when she curbed the poo out of one
