Dick Cepek Tires
What do you guys think of them? I am looking at the FC-II or the Mud Country? Can't make up my mind. I do alot of on road highway driving so I thought the FC-II would be the best choice.
thanks |

They are noisy. More so at city speeds. They quiet down at highway speeds. They handle well and are very nice looking. (and very expensive) I probably wouldn't buy them again in leiw of trying to find something that is queter.
Oh yeah, 2" leveling kit with 35's doesn't work on an 02' |

Got pics of the 2" level with the 35s?

Go with the Toyo or Mickey Thompsons.................

Dick Cepek is made by mickey thompson FYI so it really is no big deal which one u go with. I along with many people i know and have spoke with hate micky thompsons. IMO i would go with pro comp xtreme a/t. They are not to expensive compared to the competition and usually out last and also have bettter on road and off road traction than Toyo m/t or a/t. I have first hand experience with that.

My procomp xtreme a/t are way quieter than the dick cepeks fc 2 (i had those on the truck before these). Overall my tires are very quit for what they are

the procomp extreme AT's are definately a pretty quiet tire. I loved mine when I had them.

I have had 37-13.50s FC-II's on my R/C for almost 2 years and they show almost no wear. I am very pleased with them and would certainly buy another set if they ever wear out. Pro-comps are OK but i think BFGs are the best.
