where to find 18x12 rims

i fixed up my truck a few years back 6.5 procomp lift 37x13.50x18 procomp tires.back then weld wheels were just outside of my price range. now i'm in a position to get some new wheels and come to find out weld is no longer. so i start searching around for wheels and this has become quite a project.

i have a f350 crew cab long bed 4x4 diesel with a bolt pattern of 8x170
i have 18x9 now and would like to go to at the very least a 18x10 would prefer 18x12 polished billet
i dont mind spending a little coin for these rims but i have researched a few companies and they want like 1,000 per rim. oh nothing like that please. 300-400 is what i am looking to spend
is there anybody out there that can point me in the right direction??
