will a 315/75/16 tire fit on a stock 1994 f250 wheel

i bought a set of 1999 f250 wheels and they have 315/75/16 tires on them, well the wheels don't fit my 94 f250, but i do need new tires and was wondering if the tires will fit my stock wheels? if so then i'll use the tires on my stock wheels and sale the 1999 wheels.
thanks

Your stock wheels are either 16x6 or 16x7. You would need an 8" rim to safely run this size 9" would be ideal. Others may argue but it comes down to, just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

The bolt patten was changed for 99 so you need pre 99 wheels. I have 315/75r16's on the excursion in my avatar. the wheels are 16x8 and they are too narrow in my opinion.. but I bought the truck that way. 10's 9's or 8.5 wide rims would be a lot better...
